Great Customer service, clean and comfortable Room and good breakfast.
My wife and I stayed here for a week. It was very quiet and peaceful! The continental breakfast was the best part of staying here. We were on the third floor. No pests of any kind, clean towels, toilet paper and a great working shower. For breakfast they serve cubed potatoes, egg patties, bagels, bread for toast, a waffle maker with a batter dispenser, yogurt, two kinds of cereal, milk and fruit. They had bananas during our stay. Thank you Mike and Matt for your hospitality and your great customer service. I look forward to coming back in the future.
Very clean rooms! Great price. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was very delicious! Will definitely stay here again. Great price and great quality of service and rooms. Very comfortable and super clean !
Working with the people that run this hotel is great. I asked to get a late out and I got a check out time of 1pm, 1 wanted my hotel room for an extra night - super easy. The people at the front desk are very respectful and housekeeping is good as well. I would stay here again
Great location.breakfast starts late but it's well stocked for continental breakfast compared to some places I've been. Phones don't work but hey we got cells don't we.WIFI IS FAST AS THE ROADRUNNER! THEY GOT PREMIUM MOVIE CHANNELS! never do other hotels have 10 premium movie channels with no commercials. Will absolutely stay again!
Surprisingly large room. Very low price, the best in Cedar Rapids probably. Satisfactory. Bare bones breakfast.
Hotel is a little tired but clean. Beds and pillows are comfy. Breakfast was a treat with eggs, sausage & potatoes plus the usual waffles. They also allow pets for a fee which was our main reason for stopping here. We did get a very good nights rest. Lotsa hot water as well in the morning for showering.
I stayed here for over a month and not once was I woke up by kids misbehaving or other guests being loud. This hotel treats you right, I was in town for work and they worked with me on pricing and deals & everything in between with cleaning my room daily to having a very easy and nutritious breakfast. 5/5 stars I’d recommend to anyone working or visiting to give em a call.
